Hub Coffee + Co was born from a simple idea: a place where the coffee is honest, the food is made with real ingredients, and nobody's in a hurry. Located on East Lake Street in Sand Lake, we've become a quiet anchor for our community — a spot where neighbors run into each other, where students settle in with a book, and where the smell of fresh bread is just part of the day.
We bake in-house every morning. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who care about how their beans are grown. And our grocery shelf carries the things you actually want — local honey, artisan crackers, good chocolate, and the occasional treat you didn't know you needed.
